Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY - US & Canada:

We ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Standard, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air. Canada only ships using USPS International.

Orders processed prior to 1:30pm are shipped the same day they are received (unless it is back-ordered), and orders processed after 1:30 will be shipped the next day.

Note: Boat Part Headquarters is not responsible for Lost or Stole packages left on porches, in between doors, etc....

No C.O.D. orders.

On orders refused by customers, shipping cost is paid by customer.

RETURNS:
Returns must be approved with a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) which can be obtained by emailing, boatpartheadquarters@comcast.net. When obtaining an RMA#, the appropriate return mailing address will be provided. Returns received without an RMA# will not be refunded. There will also be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
Items returned damaged, not in sellable condition, or over 30 days from delivery date will be refused. Returns must include original packaging and all accessories. Customer will be refunded the amount of the order MINUS our cost for shipping , and customer will be responsible for shipping cost of returned item. No returns on carburetors and electrical parts.
